There are many different processes in this world and most of them ask you to change who you are to get results. When you decide you want to communicate with spirit understanding how you perceive best, and getting out of your own way are key to a successful connection. During this class Jamie will take you through a simple questionnaire to help you identify your extra sensory strengths, and once they are identified she will explain how you can enhance them, practice growing them and even talk about some common blocks we create. It will be a quick class packed full of useful information. Handouts will be posted on the site for everyone to download.

We've been seeing a growing and positive trend since the second half of the 20th Century as increasing numbers of people have been "waking up" and becoming more open to spirituality. Opening up spiritually is an adventure with many possible paths, each of which can have forks and twists and turns - and it's an adventure that should inherently be a rich and hugely rewarding experience! The means by which this is happening can be varied, as different people open up in different ways, by different triggers, and to different aspects. So how can you open more to spirituality if you're led toward this path? Is there a certain path to follow? Or are there different possible concepts, modalities, teachings, techniques, experiences, etc. that you can try to trigger and enhance your spirituality? Even if you're innately spiritual, can you enhance your spirituality? I'm a believer that there is no one-size-fits-all belief system for spirituality and I do not adhere to any specific school's teachings. My path has been both cognitive and experiential and partially based upon my innate spiritual awareness at birth. What I'll be sharing in this class will be a composite of various recommendations stemming from my own experiences and studies and based upon what I feel can be helpful - and, at times, essential - to authentic spirituality.

This session will be a 30 minute meditation that uses language to call in the Reiki symbols and their specific healing qualities. Tradition will be honored and the symbols names will remain unspoken, however they will be received by each recipient during the meditation. Reiki is a holistic healing modality that will soothe you and aid in your healing process on all levels of the self.

No one knows a Sensitive Soul, like a Sensitive Soul. No one knows the struggles of an Earth Angel, like an Earth Angel. I've always been sensitive, but I haven't always understood or even liked it! My sensitivities started showing up in my childhood. I was extremely empathetic, I picked up on energy from others, and I acted and treated people with the tender touch and open heart common to the more sentient folks like myself. I was also very sensitive to my environment, suffering from severe allergies that caused migraines that started when I was 5 years old. As you probably know, supercharged sensitivity can be both a blessing and a curse. I have always been a person who others would pour out their souls to - who is able to see to the core of a person and help them from that place... but the fact that I am (almost hyper) conscious of others and their feelings often puts me at a disadvantage when it come to standing up for myself and also leaves me in a place that felt oversensitive, emotionally raw, or drained by others. Aside from that, some see sensitivity as a flaw rather than a virtue. Others will totally take advantage of a Sensitive Soul in both business and in personal life. For a time, I turned my back on my true nature and tried to grow a thick skin. I hated it and didn't like myself at all when I tried to be more like others. Denying my sensitive nature was forced and unnatural and always left me kicking my own ass because I felt guilty about the things that I had said or done. So I returned to being sensitive, nice, kind, gentle. But I also got an edge... I learned to take care of myself, to set boundaries, to assert my own needs - and also to accept and make friends with my natural perceptiveness and emotional nature and to use those characteristics to help others! So here I am.
