In today's work environment, there is a continuous push to make rapid decisions. Information appears to be at our finger tips through the internet, social media and other electronic tools that may lead us to believe we have immediate, honest, and accurate information to move forward quickly with a decision. Further we are pushed into a sense of urgency with motivational tools such as advertising, competition and uncertainty that evoke our emotions and weaken our structured decision making process.

2) Describe two process systems to support good decision making

3) Create action steps to create your own standardize decision making process
