Wellness Talks
Start: Sep 24, 2020 at 01:00 pm EDT
Audience: All care-givers Content: Personal Growth All caregivers carry their own wounds. When those wounds find adequate healing, they transform from being constraints to our compassion toward others and vocational vitality, to deep gifts for connection and shared humanity. We can become "wounded healers." The path to healing our wounds begins with growing in self-compassion. This class utilizes the Internal Family Systems model as a tool for this growth.

Start: Dec 03, 2020 at 01:00 pm EDT
Audience: Front line caregivers Content: Personal Growth One of my surprise learnings early in ministry was that the # 1 reason why missionaries quit is that they can't get along w/ other missionaries. Say what? Throughout my career I've observed that how we manage conflict is one of the greatest factors in determining our job satisfaction. The purpose then of this session is to learn some new perspectives on conflict: why it exists, how to stay grounded and curious when experiencing conflict, and how to find positive outcomes.

Much has been written about the amazing power of the subconscious mind. A lot of it can be traced back to Carl Jung, who actually referred to it as the unconscious. Jung has also been instrumental in formalizing our understanding of Shadow; in fact he famously claimed that the entire unconscious was effectively Shadow. It doesn't really matter what you believe about either of these concepts; what matters is understanding how they affect your conscious thoughts, words, actions and behaviors. Why is this important? Because the more you understand the power of your subconscious, the more you can begin to use the subconscious to transform your life into something that excites, inspires and motivates you. In the upcoming episode of Life Mastery TV, I've invited a certified holistic healing practitioner, Tom Heintz, to share his expertise and wisdom about the subconscious and to inspire us to uncover unseen answers that will help us shift into lives of abundance. Here are some of the things we will be talking about: - Emotion & Body Code - The 5-1/2 Parts of You - Frequencies 101 - The Happiness Factor Come join us for the live presentation, and learn another way to transform your life!
